Elite Remodeling Seattle

Elite Remodeling Seattle is a locally owned, independent design-build firm dedicated to preserving and upgrading Pacific Northwest homes. Founded by Sergiu Ursuleac, we have served the Greater Seattle community, including Ballard, Bellevue, Redmond, Mercer Island, and Sammamish for over 18 years.

Unlike national franchises, we specialize in the unique needs of our region, from weather-proofing additions for the rain to restoring the character of historic Seattle homes. Our certified team focuses on high-value kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, home additions, and exterior upgrades (roofing, siding, windows). We are a standalone Seattle business committed to 100% customer satisfaction and precision craftsmanship.
